Vertical Assessment Associates is a full service elevator inspection and consulting firm. We are registered with the State of Florida Bureau of Elevator Safety & The State of Alabama Elevator Safety Division. All of our inspectors hold the nationally recognized Qualified Elevator Inspector (QEI) certification issued under accreditation by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers.
At Vertical Assessments, we believe inspection services really involve more than just the required inspections. Our level of experience enables more accurate reporting of deficiencies and better familiarity with the history of code development. Our services include code research to answer any elevator related questions, and also advising the elevator owner of new State Law code requirements. Our company's President Lee Rigby, and Operations Manager Bill Strawn, both currently serve on several national code writing committees.
Our large staff of elevator inspectors are located statewide in Florida and Alabama to serve all your needs. We have the largest number of former State Inspectors, giving us the most combined elevator inspection experience in the region. All of our inspectors are local to the area they serve.
